Select the rows in your list view or report and copy. The date prefix and the all-caps status at the front of each note both get read.

Copy a block of messages out of Outlook. Subject prefixes get stripped, the CAUTION banner is dropped, and the sender is kept with the note.

Listed A–Z. On import the longest matching keyword wins, so splicing complete beats complete wherever each one sits. Separate keywords with commas; a tag with no keywords is never assigned automatically, though you can still pick it by hand. Mark one tag as the default to catch anything nothing else matched.
